In every community/fandom we all have someone we admire, respect for either their personality, content. Every reason is individual. There is no greater boost from those “senpai influencers” getting to talk with them, commenting on your content, recommending, making suggestions to you. This constant positive of connections is great but even holding the highest regard makes an obvious point forgotten.
When your new to the anime world you think the first few anime’s you watch will be your favorites for life, you’ll build up a concept of wanting to not check out other shows. I’m sure for others including myself, we’ve all gone through this stage. I’m glad I am finally getting around writing this reflection piece on where my anime tastes lie now and have evolved. Introducing anime to non anime fans for the first time is one of the most periling things I find in this hobby. You can search up in google all these millions of lists “Beginners guide to anime” “Non anime fans beginner lists”, all these lists based on other people’s opinions, of what anime’s would be the best picks to introduce to non anime fans. The majority of lists I read have only have all the of the most popular anime out there, Cowboy bepop, Full metal alchemist. I agree with suggesting some of those popular titles as they are a lot of anime fans gateway into anime themselves but lists like this is not giving non anime people, the full scope of what anime has to offer. Conventions should be four days long here in Australia like in America not TWO!!
The image above really does explain how anyone feels after a convention weekend but after not going to one for a year and half. It’s given me a new perspective on attending these types of events but I’ll talk about that later in the post. I’ll give you guys some back story of this convention I’ve gone to for years now.
You know The best feeling in the world to any anime fan is getting any new anime, manga etc. This particularly means a lot to people who love collecting anything to do with anime, I myself am one of millions who love to do this. People all over have things they love to collect even from the oddest of sorts such as, coins, model trains the list could go on. I’m here to simply tell you guys why I love collecting anime and being a collector.
I am back with a brand new discussion as currently my activeness on my blog is still slipping, plus trying to finish a review for you all as well. Lita doesn’t like to rush, but none the less I have a interesting discussion topic inspired from a video I watched last week sometime:
As we all know this week is Valentines and I wanted to do two or three posts related along those lines of this love and hated day so it got me thinking it was time to do a sequel to a post I only did about 2 weeks ago.Anime Men Lita Would Never Date do go read for your amusement but every anime fan out there has many anime crushes when I say everyone I MEAN EVERYONE !! even those who are reading this post now your included. Let’s face it it’s easier to like a fictional character than cope with the battle field of love in real life because in real life it’s a sucky hot mess out there. Here from me to you are some of many anime gorgeous men I would date in a heart beat, and leave me faint hearten knowing they will never exist in this world.
